Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all Prepaid Orders over 450 Rs. For orders under 450 Rs, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery

An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for return or refund. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start (before opening the seal) to the end, without any cuts or edits.
